    Numbered Leibstandarte Shoulder Board

Here is a single shoulder board that I wanted to sell but I was told to put it on the discussion board.

Seems like a happy child has been playing around with a red pen. I really do not know why this strap is supposed to be LAH?

I do not fancy the two/three row stitching close to the boarders nor the chain stitch of the "1".

I forgot to add that the oval shape of such a suppusedly early strap is not a good sign.

          sloppy construction for the
LAH - especially since it's supposedly from the early "chain-stitch days" when quality was very important and completely the norm. and yeh - the ends are supposed to be a different shape....

This was the special LSSAH Christmas Shoulder Strap, only worn one year during the Yultide Season... Not LSSAH and not original WW2 German.

You know the saying, "If it was a snake, it would bite you in the face"? Well, as far as non-original bad stuff goes, this is a snake.
