Here a picture of an albanian (?? I think... ) volunteer.
Which tipe of cap is this? It seems even a camo one!!

I've seen a better copy of this and it was obvious that it's no camo. This hat is a fez, with different shape IMO.

This is the Albanian-style, conical Fez. Referred to in German as Albanerfez, this was worn by the Albanian Muslim volunteers with the Handschar and later Skanderbeg Divisions.
To a limited degree, it was also worn by German cadre personnel of those formations. (For example, there are even photographs of Handschar's commander Karl-Gustav Sauberzweig wearing one.)
The cap's color was grey; the "camo-like" effect is only due to the photograph's poor quality.

It is an red or grey coloured albanian fez. This fez is more coned than the kama or handschar fez. I think John T. has a nice exemplar.

That's called "Kama"'s variation as far as I remember.
I've seen a couple of originals over the years, 2 years ago SSBW had one on sale on his website.
