I know this is a serious collecting forum but for those interested I saw a video on Sky television (Top of the Pops 2) which featured the pop band "The Sweet". The video in question was of the song "Blockbuster" from 1973. One of the guitarists was wearing a full allgemeine ss tunic topped with a pickelhaube helmet. The uniform had a full armband but I couldn't make out the cuff title. I am amazed that this was acceptable in 1973, where showing of these symbols nowadays is so prohibited. The video is on Youtube under the title of "Sweet - Blockbuster [totp2]". I am a serious collector so please do not think I am bringing this web site into any disrepute. Just thought it might be of interest to some.

Gareth.
