Other uses for SS Skulls

Skulls can be used as decorator items to adourn purses, holsters, belts, etc. Here is a recent e-bay find. No one bid on this. Not even me. I forgot. When I checked and saw no bids, I contacted the guy and he sold it to me outright. The verdigris is apparent after 60 plus years and no harm was done to the skull edges that I can detect. I think this is a 52 marked version as I can detect no marking on the inside dome. There is a bunch of dust, lint and debris packed up under the skull jaw area. I would appreciate knowing what the other insignias are. The Russian is obvious.

The double eagle is old Serbian ( Yugoslavia)
