Opinions needed on some SS items

Hi everyone! Knowing the prices of SS items and the amount of effort going into the reproductions and fakes, I wanted to post a few items I have for review. Thanks in advance for all your help with them!

1st is a set of EM Transport Shoulder Boards

Item #3 Sleeve Eagle - I've heard these identified as political and as early SS. So two questions: Good? SS, political, something else? Nice black background with slight brownish thread in weave on back of eagle.

Your SS Items

Both sets of boards and the eagle look great. It appears that there is something written in sutterland script on the back of the one board. Perhaps someone can make it out. I am also under the impression that the eagle is early SS. The Reichs-Bahn has a similar eagle, but I think the background is dark blue. I have one like this in black and one with a green backing.
