opinions on this SS M43 tunic

Hi all,

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this SS M43 tunic. Suprisingly this tunic features 6 buttons and 2 buckleholes. Apperently this one never had any straps sewn in the lining to attach the bucklehooks through...

Has anyone ever seen a good SS issue tunic lacking the detail encircled in yellow...?

The tunic looks original...
But 6 buttons with two holes for the belt suspenders

Never seen this construction before
