Was rbn numbers used on SS items or just Heer?

After the date that clothing manufacturers were supposed to convert from their names to the RB number, SS clothing contractors were also included. SS caps can be found with valid RB numbers.

Thanks, I was curious because, I found a m-43 cap that was stripped of it's trapazoid and it was rbn numbered.
