i cant comment on the uniform itself, but im definitely not a fan of the sleeve eagle.

Interesting Tunic. And I agree that the Eagle is correct. However, I think what is being questioned is whether the Eagle is original to the Tunic.

The wear of the Tunic does not match the crisp Eagle. Perhaps the Tunic has been properly restored?

all it's ok, and eagle, IF not original stiched is for sure 100% original and moreover the perfect version for a drillich tunic.

Can we see a photo of the stitching inside of the tunic sleeve behind the Eagle?

The eagle is original,and imo resewn on the jacket a nice assemble,not misused perfect!
