The only thing that catches my eye is the clips are super worn but no wear on the material. Well now the closeup of the clips helps looks good

In fact the clips are not worn at all, they are oxidized and rusty which shows on the fabric in corresponding areas.

I like it. Looks 100%. Only thing I find strange is the nr. marking inside, as far as I know, they were marked by size either 1, 2 or 3.

Tom this marking is not comon,my cover have only stamp 3,but i have seen this size marking before on textbook late war covers

Those markings are correct for this type of cover. In addition we are looking at some of the phosphate like finish rarely seen on steel clips.
