    Hi Guys,
    I don't own the cap. It is available on this German dealers' site;

    Thank you,

      DR. STRANGELOVE-
      NOT HEINRICH HIMMLER! IT STANDS FOR HEIL HITLER. THE CAP HAS A CHANCE BUT I CERTAINLY DO NOT LIKE THE STAMPED LETTERS IN THE TOP.

        Bob you are right. The HH stamp is bazaar and does make you ask question. I have been real careful with photos lately. There was one visor I seen pics of and I gave it a half chance. It was later sent to me for a hands on and was put together and very well done. As Ian pointed out bad insignia. That is not a good start. A good visor even if restored I like to see with good insignia. I wish you had more pics though. I would love to see more. I still give it a chance.

          Hello,

          That seller works together with Thomas Hoff at fairs, he is a very well known German seller of high grade reproductions/fakes. That is not a good start when buying a SS cap.

          I belive it to be a rebanded cap my self, but pic under sweatband would naturally help

            The price alone (1500 euros) shows that he knows it's a fake. Same thing with a pair of SS collar tabs. I gave up after that.
