Questions on Collar Tab

From what little I can tell this seems like it might be good, but I need some help being sure. Its a little rough though, so opinions please.

Looks like a Delta fake with some rubbed in dirt on it to make it look old.

Collar tab

The white stitch lines on the reverse and their proximity to the edge of the tab are also a flag as a Delta reproduction for this example.
