M 42 tunic with insignia - Comments please

Hi,

I need to document this tunic and ask for your opinions and comments.

The tunic looks like a M 42 with the following amendment:

-Pockets has been added material to look like pleated pockets
-Collar has been amended to green.

Could you please comment on the insignia and the tunic? All pictures has been taken inside without flash.
