IMHO not original. I dont like the shape of the runes, I dont care for the backing and I dont like the light grey thread thats been used for application on a collar.

Looks ok to me, upgraded enlisted runes.Although fakes of these are getting very good.

Well you are the man on these. I have had no enlisted tabs in over 20 years so I cant tell for certain. I would go with what Jim says here.
