Is it possible to see a close up shot of the backs of those tabs? I'm not saying I have any concerns, I'd just like to see a better shot of the RZM tag and buckram backing.

I have an 'SS Hauptamt' cuff title exactly like your Toelz one and it's a fake I am afraid.

Sadly it's still fake, notice how the letter 'S' seems to be in 2 if not 3 separate pieces.

The tinsel-like border was around in the mid 70's ... I had a 'Germania' virtually identical ... repro, cost £10.

What a shame. Not sure exactly when you bought it... Any chance you can get your money back?

Like most of the German auction houses they offer you the visit to inspect the items like 7-14 days prior the auction. Also I can say every auction house has mixed up items these days and you can nowhere pay money blind and think you get always original stuff. When you return your item you mostly have to deal with the 3rd person who brought the stuff into the acution house, maybe a certification will help you maybe for a return.
Of course try it to return it to Thomas, on the otherside I have to say how you can think this is an original title? It is already clear visible in the catalog that this is a faked one and the other proof is the price you paid for it. So first homework then the purchase otherwise you might get burned again.
