Opinion about panzer waffen side cap

What do you think about this side cap?
I think it's good , but i'm not specialist.....

It's not doing anything for me... could be a Luftwaffe ground crew cap... or a total reproduction... not doing it for me as a Waffen-SS black panzer overseas cap though... sorry...

I'm very interested in this, partly because for ages I've been waiting for an example of a LW ground crew cap (to study) and partly because many of the LW crew were transferred either to ground combat units, possibly HG in the case of mechanics and some to the SS. Is there any record of where these crew were posted ? And more to the point what they wore afterwards ?

I don't think it is even period. Weird wool and looks to have been dyed .
