It's post war - I was given it by a Flemish vet in the early 80s. I think it is a veterans association Sint Maartensfonds or similar but I'm sure some of our Flemish colleagues (like Luc) will know for sure.

Go to militaria-shows, search on the internet, look at te E-stand, become friends with other collectors, etc. etc...
