Hello Geert,

A very nice propaganda - poster for volunteers for the Kriegsmarine,
I have just the same, he's hanging on the wall against my NSKK - poster (ook een Vlaamse) But Pieter has right, there is another part that also belongs to the same poster, even a same picture on a 'propaganda-brochure' for the Kriegsmarine exists, wich belonging to this poster. But even whitout these other 2 items its still a very rare one... Congratulations with it.

The lower part Pieter? I'm not following, in my humble opinion this poster is complete and has always been so ... have a look for instance to at the poster pictured in "Vlaanderen in Uniform", part 5, page 273 ... are am I missing the clue

Here you have the brochure, it has the same picture on the frontpage as the poster. Also you can see another Flemish Kriegsmarine poster.
The pictures are from the same person, first Flemish general SS, later Kriegsmarine..
Flemish kriegsmarine stuff is very hard to find because only a small amount of Flemish man joined the KM.

The Belgian KM Poster "Strijdt met ons mede"....

Dear all,

I think the shown poster is a Belgian variant of a Dutch poster (or vice versa) because I have in my collection a similar poster, but with some more text.

I know that there are two (Dutch) variants of this poster...this one (with the E-Boot I like the most...). It measures 81 x 57 cms. and possible dates from December 1943. I have the same folder as Luc showed... Sorry for the bad quality of the picture....

Before I forget: stunning material Luc, Marc and the others...I must admit that our neighbours have great stuff!!

I found this little badge this week, Do someone know what it is?? The fascist symbol with the Flemish lion and made in Brussels by a well-known medal maker??
