Black SS Panzer Cap for opinions

I was told this cap was from a legion SS panzer unit. Please tell me what you think, and if it's an original or a repro . I apologize for the time to load many pictures. Thank you in advance!

This Cap Has No Resemblence To A S S Schiffen. I Would Suggest Investing In Some Reference Material So You Have Original Examples To Study Before Wasting Hard Earned Money On Stuff Like This.

The cap is not a fake but instead is a postwar piece (not sure for who; French maybe?) with a skull applied at the wrong end.
