Congrats on finding back such great photo! Its interesting to see the national insignia being applied to the camo uniform. I've only see Latvian guys put their shields on the Dot-44 uniforms. Does anybody have any other nationals wearing shields on camouflaged clothing?

That Sturmmann might be a veteran of Handschar or Prinz Eugen. He was most likely sent there to help train that unit.
Even more interesting is the SS Edelweiss sleeve patch.
