im no expert on these as have asked myself about them,but now by examining them a bit more this doesnt seem to have the right detail or bevelled ring,unless im wrong, dave

It's an old fake...................you could get these from Geoff Warner in London back in the 1970s. (Weiner aus Wien).

Yes, I definitely agree that this is a fake. I have an authentic medal like this myself and, when compared to an original, the imperfections and flaws are striking--and that is a very good thing, I must say!!! Definitely avoid this one, at any cost!
