I agree,and the tabs are bit strange,and for sure it is frankenstein tunic

i was thinkin the same about the eagle and if the cufftitlw is original to the tunic or postwar added....Tunic itself looks ok

Looks like an original SS m42 (2 holes tunic)
And original cuff title. Maybe tabs and boards is original to.

So even if put together there is quite some $$$ in this set.

Did you know it was puttogether when you bought it? You maybe can have you'r money back if you dident..

I think the runic tab has a chance to be original. Close up photos clear up a situation.

Romain... personally i would buy this m42 but you must know (and pay for) that's a restored tunic.
Off sure i wouldn't pay a euro for tab and for sure i cut off the eagle.

I can say only that this variation of the tab was identified as original some time ago, when discussed variations of worn WSS embroidered runic insignia. I can't find this thread here but fortunately I find the photos, taken from WAF, on Russian site.

the eagle is a fake to me.

I'd send it back and get my money back, or have the dealer give you replacement original collar tabs and sleeve eagle and a few extra pesoes to have them professionally restored. Don't know about the shoulder straps. The cuffband and rank chevrons look reasonably okay, but I would agree that they've been postwar restored.
