YES!!! Instinct wins again! Lacking more feedback last night, I just watched the auction go down. It seemed too good to be true and didn't feel right.

Sorry I'm digging up an older thread here, but I couldn't resist. The collar tab featured in this thread is now mine. I just received it today, and it sure is a lovely one, in just the right condition. I must say that it even looks better in person than it does in the photos...

I should first say that I did NOT buy it trying to take out from under another interested member. I actually found on The Ruptured Duck website myself, and bought it without even knowing that it had been discussed or desired by any other member here. Just today, I happened upon this thread about it, while doing a little research on SS collar tabs.

However, it is certainly good to see that it has already been favorably reviewed. It is also very interesting to see that it's still being featured on an Eastern-European e-Bay site of some sort. Although I can't read Russian, it even looks like it's still for sale. I sure wish there was a way to let any potential bidders know that they won't be getting that one, if they even get anything at all.

Hey Chris,

You got a nice tab there! I originally saw that tab on an the ebay-type site. I was watching the action on it when I asked about it here and the WA forum members noted it was actually Bill's tab!! So, of course I let the auction go. Saved by The Forum!
Anyway, really glad that tab went to good WA member's home!
