The bird has several manufacturing defects and may have been a factory reject, but it is original. You might be better off buying one which does not have these flaws.

However the eagle with faults in the embroidery should ofcourse reflect the price. There seems to be a few insignias around with these kind of faults and maybe they are just rejects. I have seen uniform removed insignias before with faults in the embroidery.
