      I'm not sure, but I believe this might be a rare cupal/tombak Assmann skull.
      Let's see what other more knowledgeable members say.

        The sutchre (sp?) lines appear too thick for me.

            It is a fake.

            I cannot see it in the photo, but I bet "RZM 41" is faintly visible if you look closely in person.

                          It's alledgedly a Latvian fake probably based on the Assmann skull,as I said earlier the sutchre lines are like a series of circles rather than the thin line of tiny grooves on an original. As Brad correctly say's they are usually marked 'RZM 41'.
