are they being offered as 'mint'? There is no apparent wear to these or soiling to the white piping.

Thank you for the quick reply. They are being offered as mint and I dont know a whole lot about ss shoulder boards so opinions are most welcome

The white piping in the pictures appear whiter then they do in person.
