What happened to the SS insignia book that was in the works before Michael Beaver's untimely death? I believe someone on the Forum said it was going forward. Any progress?

I was surprised at the last book. It was supposed to be on Waffen-SS headgear and I think it ended up just being helmets, or am I mistaken? Mike planned two more books: Headgear and Insignia. I know that Kelly Hicks and Bill Shea published the last book on helmets. I would have thought that Kelly already had the premier book on that subject out already and for Mike it would be duplicate information.
