Hello Paul,

I have not seen Allgemeine-SS regimental collar tabs done in this type of bullion. The material used for the reverse fold over is excessive and is normally a wool-felt badge cloth or a fine wool with no trace of any weave grain. The rank tab leaves me cold, also.

I have collected these for 4 decades and always wanted to get all of the numerals (not even close yet!). I would be most hesitant to add this as I would never feel confident in the originality.

I agree with Bob Curuthers that the buckle is a fake. It was made by Tony Oliver of Great Britian.
