The skull is a copy. The eagle does not look correct, either.

The seller still claims this set is ORIGINAL based on your hand inspections?!!! The set is on a cap i bought.... I have been fooled.. And no one get away with that!!

The skull is a cast copy. No question whatsoever.

The rough edges on the reverse of the eagle initially made me suspicious that the eagle might also be a well-executed casting. However, I tend to be quite cautious in this regard and have to admit that I was likewise suspicious of another eagle with similar edges recently which later turned out to be authentic. I have never seen a cast copy which was able to convincingly reproduce a crimped pin attachment and I can find no fault with this one's crimps. Therefore, all things considered, I tend to think this eagle is original based strictly on the photos. However, I would want to do a hands-on inspection to be 100% certain. That being said, if others here have done a hands-on and found reason to conclude it was a cast fake, I am reluctant to say otherwise solely based on looking at photos.
