Historic palm smock photos?

Hello

Have anyone in this forum historic palm smock photos?
I saw long time ago a nice historic color picture in a militaria mag.
I think especially on Ebay wouldn't buy so many people faked stuff,what
is offered as origin,if there was more historic photos shows as comparison
material,to show them what is the difference between original and fake.
If someone have those historic palm smock pics,please post it!

I think he was a Luftwaffe Doctor assigned to the LAH as a regimental surgeon, if I recall correctly. Someone might remember better than me.

Yes, looks like Oberarzt Dr. Gustav Haarmann. There are nice pictures of him being awarded the EK2 in Flanders, spring 1944.
Typical specacles and his fat nose.

Great photos, sorry to go off track slightly but that is interesting helmet camo on the guy on the right in the last photo, looks like he put foliage on his helmet and sprayed over it. I wonder what opinions and discussion it would provoke if it was offered for sale nowadays?

Really nice Palm smock pic,especially the structure
of the right smock in the last pic,
I did never seen this structure before on an original palm smock,so
that shows that this structure exist on real smocks too and its not
an invention of palm smock fakers.

Its interesting to note that this doctor is wearing an MP38/40 pouch and field glasses! As a non combatant I would think only a personal side arm, like a small caliber pistol, would be the norm for doctors... along with medical kit of course! Nick

speaking of this type of camouflage there is a great shot on the cover of kursk vol 6, and also inside showing this camouflage, but not a smock.
