Armband opinions please.

Hello,
Just wanted some opinions on this armband. It's had a rough life. Multipiece swastika sewn to ribbed white material on red wool with piping at edges. Looks like it had a tag at one time. This is definitely not my specialty, so would appreciate any help.

Just my observations...

The materials look off, the quality of construction is rather poor, and I believe that on the swaz the 12 to 6 o'clock arm should cross over the 3 to 9 o'clock arm.

Lieber Kollege, dieses Stueck ist eine Faelschung. Es ist extra berrieben, gewaschen &c. und sieht schlecht aus. Hoffentlich geht es Jhnen besser als dieser Kampfbinde, Jhnen alles gute, Jhr, Woefl, hohe Tatra PS schoene Gruesse nach Prag.

cant tell with this one but the 3 oclock arm and the 10 oclock arm crossing over top one or whatever is bull**** i have several of both types and all original,its just more of them come the first way.
