SS tux badge-is it fake?

Hello, I searched the threads and can see this does not have the "ruby" eyes. Still, it looks better than the most obvious fake shown elsewhere. So I wonder what you all think of this piece?
I bought this about 4 years ago-before I knew there were so many crooks selling fakes.
On the back -- the left side has the marking: MI/34 and on the right a hard to see RZM design. (I have the paper to prop the badge up on it's pin.

Not good, here is one of two originals I have owned. Originals have screw posts on the back not a pin. I do not want to show the back for obvious reasons. Both are down the road now
