Looking for good CT reference

Greetings,
I was hoping someone could suggest a good reference book or perhaps website that can tell me when certain cuff-titles were instituted. I've done searches on the forum haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. In particular the SS-Hauptamt CT. Is a a legit CT and if so when was it instituted? Thanks for your help.

Cuff title reference.

An excellent reference is: Ulric of England's "A Collector's Guide to SS and Political Cuff Bands" Volumes 1 & 2. This work is a available from Bender publishing. Also; "German Military Cuffbands 1784-Present" by Gordon Williamson & Thomas McGuirl & Angolia's Cloth Insignia of the SS.
