    Mod. 44 SS jacket opinions.

    Hi.

I have had many mod. 40/42 SS jackets and some mod. 43 SS jackets in my life but no mod. 44 jacket. This one is quite like a mod. 43 jacket I have almost in the same "hairy" gray uniformcloth. It has only one collarpatch. It must be late 44/45 as it has no holes for beltloops. I have tryed to take good pictures in different places on the uniform and I am courius if this mod.44 jacket is an original one.

    Thanks
    Derek

                Its an Fake!!!

It looks too new,no shadow or trace of the insignia or the sew thread
,it look's like this jacket was never worn, also never worn in WW2,cause
it don't exist at this time!

If this collar patch ever been in war,the superiors would had kick this SS mans ass, cause these fellows dosn't take a joke at this time!!!

To me the lining looks worn while the wool appears pristine.

                              Hi oragno.

The jacket has no armeagle but there are traces after it.
