SS Smoke Officer's Boards and other SS Insignia

Hello, I normally collect Army uniforms but picked this stuff up recently and wanted comments on it from collectors more familar with SS cloth than I am. The boards look 100% to me with the straps cut off and boards modified for sew in style on a service tunic etc. I am not real sure on the other ones. The rank tab has never had a pip on it. Thanks in advance for the information.

Not too bad, I thought the tabs might be fake. The tabs, the top eagle and the boards were sewn on a repro uniform I bought for about 350.00. The lower eagle came out of a cigar box with a bunch of US and kriegsmarine insignia and was 15 dollars. Stuff is still out there!

Hmm did the tunic come out of an eastcoast collection?

Tunic came from Manions with the insigna on it last month, the tunic is the ribbed wool fake from Eastern europe ie. Junk. Whoever is working there does not know their ps and qs, said the tabs were fake. I looked at some other examples in a friends collection and they are fine as far as I can tell. The boards alone are worth the 350 anyway.
