    Ebay tunic beware

I hope there is no buyer for this junk tunic and the seller byself is keeping the price up. How stoopid !

Oh, yeah, the mighty bearslayer... he's been around for some time selling this junk and getting away with it. It will hopefully catch up with him someday!

I send him a message about what he is doing, but I am sure he knows it too.

Being new to the hobby (7 years..), it always surprises me how much collectors in this field tolerate bad sellers. It seem like part of the burden of this field is getting taken by bad dealers. We have a local dealer who bilked a friend of mine to the tune of $9000 for a couple high end fakes and a jewelers copy of a WH paratrooper badge. Since he is local, we've had the items appraised and I'm obtaining an arrest warrant. This suits as the dealer knows the stuff is junk (he appraised a item he my friend sold two months earlier through a second party as fake..). A good search warrant, seizure and trip to jail is will make this right. I think Bear Slayer needs the same program. This makes for a nice postal fraud case.

A carefully worded description by the seller. Says everything but that it is an original war-time example. Is that a re-made West German tunic? The cut says yes, but made of brushed wool?
