the jacket looks like a summer jacket but in NOWAY you can judge it from these 2 pics sorry!

I have my doubts from what I can see. We've seen quite a few of these lightweight jackets with Prinz Eugen insignia on them... I wouldn't trust it. It's going to have to prove itself as authentic. Two small pictures ain't doing that.

pics are small but lower pockets look really big

There are no belt hook holes either. These would be essential for an enlisted man unless this is considered a work jacket and not for field use. This is not the usual style for those tunics. I would be hesitant to jump on this one.
