I agree with Francesco on the shape. It has the cut of an SS cap.
However, I do agree with Mark regarding the "no right of return" issue.

There is nothing wrong with this cap, the wool colour variant encounterec in German uniforms has many shade variations depending when, where and by whom it was made. This cap crosses that border between WSS and KM Coastal Artillery and as such its value should be based on the latter not the former. Anywhere that gives no right of return should be avoided.
