      There are some wartime pictures of (mainly) OFF wearing the windjake made out of wool. It is possible that some were made wartime ,after all the windjake is really not warm at all !!!.
      However ,considering that tons of uniforms were modified by the civilian post-war
      It is impossible to tell if it is pre or post 1945 made.

        There is 4 items on the german ebay right now which I believe to be converted greatcoats, be it wartime or postwar. I will post them, maybe it is of interest to anyone who collects goodies from the times of postwar material shortages
