picked this up a few weeks ago... I did my research here on this forum, and it seems to be OK.

best pics ive seen of the 1/17 eagle, even has nice detail of outside edge shear marks proving die struck...tom

pics are courtesy of my new loupe!
and yes, it was those chest feathers that made me think it was OK, but in the back of my mind was the memory of an 1/17 controversy? But I had to go with my gut, and grab it! what a looker!
but, a newborn son and his cry for food/diapers may land this on estand, thats why I painfully asked for a valueation, any ideas?
