Looks OK, but you need to post much better close-ups to tell for sure.

It looks like someone messed with the aspect ratio of the photo, distorting the image, which may be throwing me somewhat. Having said that, the skull, in particular, still looks "off" to me.

Foremost, the eye holes look oversized.

This one also seems to lack depth, with the recessed area of the reverse looking shallow. However, the D&SM skull on another current thread appeared to have this same lack of depth to me, so it could be that this is just a problem I am having with analyzing three-dimensional features using a two-dimensional image.

I will also mention the obvious fact that the pins on this one do not have the circular bases nearly all later Deschlers had. However, that is not an absolute rule and this style of pin could be found on an original M1/52.

So, like Chris, I would want to see better photos. I may still need a hands-on before I could be 100% certain. All I can say right now based on these photos is that I have doubts.
