Various SS pick ups

Hello gents!

On a tight budget, this is what I managed to pick up in the later half of 2006. I can recommend new collectors to buy on of the cheap Allg SS cuff titles that are so common for the moment and quite inexpensive. Its a great way to learn what a real cuff look like and how real rzm tags look like. No items bought from dealers, but various locations and even Ebay.

All items are original IMO except that I cant tell about the old fighters chevron. Some help would be nice if original or not.

The Old Fighters' chevron is real, probably for Polizei, possibly Waffen SS...

The chevron is real, just slightly faulty or damaged

Felix, I think you are right. Cuffbands are rather cheap at the moment and are a good investment. Camo and headgear! When will the price climb stop?

Great items Felix, I agree the chevron is a good one, looks like everything is.

The sturmbannfuhrer rank tab is a bit interesting since it is a field upgrade from obersturmfuhrer. The rank pips are clearle more to the right and there are traces from where the litzen was removed. There is also a hole in the middle, visible at the reverse shot, from where one pip was removed for the upgrade.
