SS collar tabs - Opinions???

Hello all,a good friend is thinking in buy this pair of SS collar tabs, but this is not my field.

I need your opinions about them .

They look original in my opinion! Some strange glue on the back of the rank tab but maybe thats because its been modified in a more angled way to fit a tunic.

Original runic and rank tab. The rank pip is a bit large, but not that unusual. Looks to have had glue on the reverse for reapplication to the buckram or having been glued down to something.
