    SS marking

Hello , i have additional belt which has 3 SS markings - first at the end ( ss 48/36 rzm ) but second (vass1936) and third (SS I/32 ) in a middle . I have seen such markings like first and second before but never like third. Would like to know what it means .
    Regards, Sergey

It most likely indicates the first sturmbann (I) of SS Foot Regiment 32 (Heidelberg)

interesting info Derek, thank you ! this belt was found at the places where the parts of SS - T division were located in 1941-42.

No problems with this. Perhaps guy was transfered form this unit to SS-Totenkopverbande. From the same area I saw the collar patch for Allgemeine SS Motorsturm.

                    sergey,
thanks for the reply, I see the date is 38 on the ss/rzm stamp, i suspect it will also be that on the VASS stamp also, I have a similar strap which is marked in the same way, Vass 1936 and ss/rzm stamped also.

                    cheers
                    Gary
