Opinions requested on my new strap

I am asking for opinions on my new strap. I have also attached some comparison scans with a Military Police/ Technical strap of mine. What branch of service do you think that the new strap is?

Strap

I think that the new strap is "Orangerot" just like the comparison strap. Does anyone have another opinion?
