It is from a Member of the LSSAH, he was also " Verbindungsoffzier " at a SS Nachrichtenschule, and a high HJ Leader...

Note the " HJ " in Dot Pattern Camo !

Dirk,

Very nice - and I would bet that the last picture is of HJ volunteers during their training at Wildflecken in the summer of 1943. It was common for the HJ recruits to wear their HJ armbands with W-SS cap and tunic during their initial training. The owner of this album - with both LAH and HJ service - would have been a natural selection for service with the 12 SS-Panzer-Division "Hitlerjugend".
