Hello Giorgio,
I have in my collection a citation andthe medal for the Finnish Home Guard Merit Cross? The citation is made out to SS Grupenfuhrer und Generalleutenant der Waffen ss Steiner, dated 1943. Is this the same man? Yours Wood.
