Does anyone know about this type of Bekleidungsstamp; did it exist ?

I am "taking apart" an SS Panzer wrapper and came accross this stamp.

I think, if I remember correctly, that I have read something about a lining with orange stripes; but after searching for hours can not find the thread anymore. I think that these were not correct.

I don't even dare asking about the cufftitle... I read in other threads that the "f"and the "H" should go through the stripes...?

Thanks for the remarks! They do not really give a lot of info, but that often has to be "scratched" from different places.
