Help on SS Insignia set, boards, collar patches, eagle, skull

Hi all,

a friend of me just asked me for some help regarding an SS insignia set he just got. He was told that it belonged to "Prinz Eugen" member.

Iam not knowledgeable enough to tell about the insignia, some looks good to me and others things not. At least the collar patches have a strange paper backing I think. And what about the skulls theaths ?

Any opinions would be most appricated.
