The guy who sold it to me says me that he buy a house and when start repairing, found it when cleaning house from a garbage.

My thoughts exactly 'Basil', I'm looking at the seemingly A-symetrical shape of the shield bottom and the diagonal weave of the red area,isn't that normally horizontal and the white diagonal ?

I also ask myself why the sleeve eagle was removed and the rest of the insignia left in place ? De-Nazification doesn't come into it in my opinion, the rest would have gone too,even if the tunic itself wasn't burned or buried.

Ian i d say they "PRIVATELY" denazified.....probably...but dont the tabs look reapplyed?
