Piping and Twist Cord Q&A

Gentlemen:

I have some questions about pre/early-war SS Tunic details:

1: That in August of 1940, all twist cord piping was removed from the Collar Tabs?

2: When did the silver/white and black twist cord disappear on the collars of tunics?

3: When did the piping on the shoulderboards disappear as well?

4: Were there post '39 tunics (aside from the 'Black' Dress Tunics) issued with Collar Piping or was this a add-on or customization, like the dark/bottle green collars on tunics done after issue.
